2. Description of Service
Savly is a personal finance management application that allows you to:
- Import and track financial transactions
- Create and manage budgets
- Set and track savings goals
- View spending trends and insights
- Export your financial data
Savly is a tracking and visualisation tool only. We do not connect to bank accounts, process payments, or provide financial advice.
3. Account Registration
To use Savly, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- Up to 500 transactions
- 4 budget categories
- 1 savings goal
- 6 months of trend history
- Excel/CSV import
Premium Subscription
Premium subscription (£10/month or £90/year) includes:
- Unlimited transactions
- Unlimited budgets and goals
- Custom categories
- Full trend history
- Excel export
- Override transaction dates
- Priority support
Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider
- Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
5. User Responsibilities
When using Savly, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service
- Not upload malicious code or harmful content
- Not use automated systems to access the service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Savly. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
7. Intellectual Property
Savly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Savly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Loss of business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Not Financial Advice
Important: Savly is a tracking and visualisation tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The insights and recommendations provided by Savly are for informational purposes only.
Always consult with qualified professionals for financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from our service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business
- Upon your request to delete your account
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:
