About Savly

Savly is a personal finance dashboard for tracking income, spending, budgets and savings goals. It is an independent project, built and run by its founder.

Why Savly exists

I'm not a professional developer. I built this evenings and weekends because I wanted a clean, reliable way to understand my money.

I'm releasing it publicly because I think others might find it useful.

How Savly is funded

Savly has no outside investors. Its only income is the optional Premium plan, at £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year.

The free plan includes unlimited transactions, 4 budgets and 1 savings goal, with no time limit. Savly does not show ads and does not sell your data.

How Savly handles your data

  • Savly never connects to your bank. You choose what to upload, as CSV or Excel files exported from your bank.
  • Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

For the full detail, read Is Savly safe? and the privacy policy.

About the guides

Savly publishes the guides in the Learn section. Each guide lists the sources it relies on.

The guides explain general budgeting methods. They are not personal financial advice. For free, impartial guidance about your own situation, use MoneyHelper, a service backed by the UK government, or speak to a regulated financial adviser.
